2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner along with co-accused persons is often indulged in making dirty comments in presence of women and tease her daughter while she is on her way to school. Due to this conduct her daughter is very hesitant to go to school. Also, the petitioner and co-accused persons are often indulged in brandishing pistol and threatening the villagers which has

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that the main allegation is against Dadan Yadav and Baban Yadav. Only on the basis that the petitioner happens to be father of Dadan Yadav and Baban Yadav, he has been made accused in this case. It is submitted that petitioner is aged about 61 years and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Lastly, it has been submitted that he has one criminal case against him.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
