Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Budhuchak P.S. Case no. 28/2014 registered under sections 363, 366A/34 of the IPC.

The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she levelled allegation against one Suktar who is not petitioner here.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.R. Upadhyay, Judicial
