In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 341, 323, 504, 506, 337, 338, 332, 427, 333, 307, 353, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per First Information Report, the police had gone to Hurka Sone Ghat for preventing the extraction of mines and minerals and arrested three persons indulged in the illegal minning. When the police party were returning from there and reached at Nasriganj-Dehri main road, about 70-80 persons, armed with various arms, started pelting stones, assaulted by

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact that the petitioners are members of the mob, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
