This Court has been informed that the case in question has already been investigated and final form report no. 17 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022 has been submitted by the Investigating Officer with a finding that the case has not been found against the F.I.R. named accused persons.

This application stands disposed of with liberty, as prayed.
