2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 322 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have made a celebratory firing in which one person was killed.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the informant has filed an application on 02.01.2023 before the Magistrate that the petitioner was not involved in the killing.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2023.

8. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

9. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

10. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 322 of 2022.
