This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bagaha P.S. Case No. 388 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

In view of the fact that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and only 500 ml. country made liquor has been recovered from the pocket of the co-accused Umesh Singh, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

No.62080 of 2021(2) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha P.S.
