Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 110/2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/379/ 504/448/427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegations against the petitioner and the fact that the occurrence has happened when the petitioner was a young man, the present anticipatory bail application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62479 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit Rupees One Lakh in the name of the informant by way of a demand draft in the Court below which shall be handed over to the informant.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Muzaffarpur East, in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 110/2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
