JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 This modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for correction of paragraph-1 of the original petition of Cr. Misc. No.43473 of 2014 as well as the order dated 18-022015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43473 of 2014. It is pointed out that at paragraph-1 of the original petition of Cr. Misc. No.43473 of 2014, "Agiaw Bazar P.S. Case No. 50 of 1993" has wrongly been typed in place of "Agiaw Bazar P.S. Case No. 01 of 1993" and likewise, same mistake occurred in the order dated 18-02-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43473 of 2014. It has also been submitted that Sessions Case No. has also not been mentioned in the order dated 18-02-2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the original bail petition of Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9774 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 No.43473 of 2014 in course of the day.

Accordingly, the order dated 18-02-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43473 of 2014 is modified to the extent that in the prayer portion of the order, "Agiaw Bazar P.S. Case No. 50 of 1993" be read as "Agiaw Bazar P.S. Case No. 01 of 1993" corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 437 of 1993. All the terms and conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 18-02-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43473 of 2014. This modification petition is allowed.
