2. Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Fatuha P.S.Case No.108 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 365/34 of the IPC.

3. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail.

4. The present bail application is accordingly dismissed.
