The present writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to construct school building on the land adjacent to the Middle School, Choudharydih appertaining to Khata No. 201, Plot Nos. 285, 286, measuring total area of 31 decimals and further for a direction to restrain the respondent authorities from making construction of additional building of the Middle School over the land appertaining to Khata No. 202, Plot Nos.
Patna High Court CWJC No.22414 of 2014 dt.27-03-2017 2/2 323 and 324 situated in village Choudharydih under Goradih block in the District of Bhagalpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is confining his prayer only to the extent of disposal of the representations of the petitioner dated 10.9.2014 and 12.12.2014 submitted before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur for redressal of his grievances, as contained in Annexure 4 series. Learned AC to AAG - 6 submits that the representations of the petitioner, if not yet disposed of, shall be disposed of by the District Magistrate without any further delay. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure 4 series, if already not disposed of, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
