The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that mortgage deed was executed with regard to ancestral land of the informant through petitioner no. 1 Uday Narayan Singh who has got no title with regard to same land and subsequently the petitioner no. 1 threatened the informant to execute transfer deed.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 Uday Narayan Singh has already filed a Complaint Case No. 3729 of 2014
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9788 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2 / 2 against the informant and others claiming the alleged land.
Considering the nature of accusation in the background of land dispute between petitioner no. 1 Uday Narayan Singh and the informant, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
