Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.193 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.53 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 342, 372, 373, 376, 366(A) and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Trafficking Act, under Section 23 of the Juvenile Justice Act as well as under Sections 3⁄4 of the POCSO Act.
Allegation in brief is that police raided the red light area and apprehended the persons manning the brothel and the girls engaged in flesh trade.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39040 of 2018(2) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 girls are victim of the circumstances and forced in the flesh trade by principal accused Akbar Khalifa, his wife, Md. Muslim and his wife Shami Khatoon.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Zarina Khatoon and Seema Khatoon are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.193 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.53 of 2018. (Arun Kumar, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
