The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 202 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused hurt to the father of informant by means of Dabia over his head. The doctor has found deep cut injury and opinion regarding nature of injury has been kept reserved.

It is submitted that the dispute arose between the parties over the petty issue of breaking of Naad, as a result of which some altercation took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P.S.
