2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant namely, Rambali Yadav alleged that the wife of his brother had an illicit relationship with Dharamveer Yadav. On 19.03.2020, Gudiya Devi along with the brother of his wife went to market but the brother of the informant did not return. The informant suspects that Gudiya Devi, Dharamveer Yadav and his associates killed the brother of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and has been made in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Dharamveer Yadav. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of A.D.J.-VI, Barh, Patna in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020.
