JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of Excise Act. From the house of the petitioner 50 sachets each containing 400 ml of country made liquor and 32 beer bottles each containing 500 ml were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the joint family house and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 351
