JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali ( Tatarpur) Police Station Case No. 762 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be beneficiaries of the act, which did by the accused, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kotwali ( Tatarpur) Police Station Case No. 762 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
