After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file petition before the Circle Officer, Sherghati, Gaya for correction in record of rights in view of the judgment rendered in Title Suit No.97 of 2015.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. If such petition is filed, the Circle Officer, Sherghati, Gaya shall dispose of the petition of the petitioner within six months from the date of filing of such petition.
