1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order dated 13.08.2018, passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.14321 of 2001, arrears have been paid to the petitioner, amounting to a sum of Rs.49,242/- and Rs.47,573/-, respectively on 06.01.2020, hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. This aspect of the matter has not been refuted by the petitioner inasmuch as no rejoinder has been filed to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2.
