2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. During investigation, it has come that the deceased has committed suicide because her intimate photographs with one person was made viral. From the post-mortem report it appears that there is no ante-mortem injury found the body of the deceased and there is only one ligature mark on the body of the deceased.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., West Champaran, Bettiah/concerned Court below in connection with Sanichari P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024.

9. This application stands allowed.
