JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of making assault to the wife of the informant and when the informant came to rescue, he was also assaulted.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no injury report either of the informant or his wife. A statement to that effect has been made in para 7 of the petition. There is counter version of the occurrence also. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.163 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Basnahi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
