Considering the aforesaid submission, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10265 of 2017(6) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 scrutinize the fact of the case and if it is found that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision in LPA No. 43 of 2016, similar treatment should be extended to these petitioners. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
