2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has said that she had eloped with the petitioner as she was in a relationship with him. The petitioner is in jail since 14.04.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO Act), Darbhanga in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024.
