ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 7.4.2010 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge III, Begusarai in Criminal Revision No.56 of 2009, by which he has affirmed the order dated 23.10.2008 passed by the S.D.M., Ballia Case No.187M of 2002, by which he had passed orders with regard to 147 Cr.P.C. Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
