Petitioner seeks bail in Kasba P.S. Case No.39 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 393 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade of the petitioner has been held. Name of petitioner has been disclosed by Md. Shahjahan.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48220 of 2019(3) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.39 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
