JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Kanhaiya Singh. Said co-accused as also other co-accused have already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No. 34252/2013 and 38408/2013. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.7.2021.

Radha Kumari, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bhagalpur in Ishipur Barahat Police Station Case No. 80 of 2012.
