JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Parcha issued in the name of the Respondents No. 6 to 17, without mentioning the surrounding of the land in the alleged Parcha inasmuch as the said land is used by the public of Asha Parari Panchayat and on the disputed land, Primary Health Centre, Panchayat Bhawan and Chabutra are situated while the remaining part of disputed land is used for the purpose of marriage and other functions of the public.

(ii) For further issuing direction to respondents for considering the application dated 05.07.2024, filed by the petitioner and others on 02.07.2024 and 05.01.2024, inter alia stating therein that the alleged Parcha has been issued in the name of the Private Respondents without adopting due procedure."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.11396 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 3/3 petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Buxar for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
