The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the services of the petitioner has been terminated on account of his certificate having been obtained from Dr. Ambedkar Hindi Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Jokiya, Begusarai, which according to the respondents, is not a recognized institution.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon a judgment dated 07.12.2015 passed in CWJC no. 6740 of 2013 and has submitted that this Court has relegated the matter to the authorities for examining as to whether the said certificate is from a recognized

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 by filing his claim along with the aforesaid judgment within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the respondent no. 4 shall consider the implication of the aforesaid judgment and take appropriate steps and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
