The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Town P.S. Case No. 313 of 2014, arising out of Complaint Case No. 1732(C) of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant in sum and substance made allegation that he gave Rs. 5 Lacs to the petitioners on assurance to provide clerical job in F.C.I., but the informant did not receive any joining letter. Petitioner No. 2 Chandrakant Shukla is said to have issued a cheque of Rs. 7,20,000/-, but the same was dishonoured. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are share broker and they did not give any assurance to provide job. The petitioners never took any money. The petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1593 of 2015 (2) dt.14-01-2015 filed a case for missing of cheque prior to lodging of the case. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arrah in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 313 of 2014, arising out of Complaint Case No. 1732(C) of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
