JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 15.12.2017, seeks bail in Bounsi PS Case No. 308 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner was caught redhanded while trying to steal Tata Sumo vehicle of the informant and master key was also recovered from his possession. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended only on suspicion, he has no criminal antecedent and is in custody for last eight months.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, subject to verification of his antecedent, the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Banka in connection with Bounsi PS Case No. 308 of 2017.
