24-03-2015 Heard Sri R.C. Thakur, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Kamal Kishore Singh, and Sri Arun Prasad Ambastha, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of private respondents.

The present writ petition pertains to a dispute under Section 48(D) of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, which is a schedule act, under the provisions of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. The Court is of the opinion that this dispute can well be adjudicated by the Tribunal constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay/- U
