The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner received Rs.1,95,000/- for providing job of ANM to the wife of the complainant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to the payment and for the cause of action of March, 2012 the complaint was filed in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8183 of 2015 (02) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 October, 2013.
Considering the nature of accusation ventilated through complaint, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharshaif in connection with Complaint Case No. 1564(c) OF 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
