A show cause has been filed on behalf of Opposite Party Nos. 3 to 5 which suggest that after receiving the order of this Court dated 03.12.2024, the Commissioner cum Lok Prahari, Patna Division, Patna (Opposite Party No. 2) has passed order on 02.08.2025 where he has recommended for removal of the Mukhiya.
