The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 244 of 2013 registered under Sections420, 409, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, the petitioner was valid account holder of concerned bank and it was the then Branch Manager, who credited the amount, in question, in the account of the petitioner. No doubt, the aforesaid amount was withdrawn but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the concerned branch manager, who was neighbour of the petitioner, directed the petitioner to withdraw the amount and on the direction of the aforesaid branch manager, the petitioner withdrew the amount, in question.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51870 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner named-above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 244 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
