The claim of the petitioner for grant of benefits in respect of 07th Pay Revision Committee Report for her retiral dues is said to be pending. The claim is dated 04.09.2019 and has been annexed as Annexure 22 to the rejoinder filed by the petitioner.

Let the said claim be considered by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhagalpur and if there is no impediment in grant of the benefits, the same may be done expeditiously. The claim of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
