Having regard to the limited prayer made in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Arms Magistrate/District Magistrate, Vaishali to dispose off the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13295 of 2022(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 aforesaid application of the petitioner, filed for grant of arms license, in case the same has been filed and is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
