2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.155 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 02.08.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. It appears from the record that the petitioner has earlier moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 70387 of 2022 which was dismissed as withdrawn on 23.12.2022 with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today and seeks regular bail. Thereafter, the petitioner has again moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 12064 of 2023 which was also dismissed as withdrawn on 22.02.2023

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55214 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of order.

4. It appears that the petitioner has neither complied the order dated 23.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70387 of 2022 and order dated 22.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.12064 of 2023 nor he has filed modification application for modify the aforesaid orders and he has filed the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail. Third anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
