JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No.839 of 2018, arising out of Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 70 litres of liquor. He further submits that six persons were arrested and in their possession liquor was recovered.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one and half months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
