JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 After some argument, Sri Shivendra Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, after objection being raised by learned State Counsel that there is statutory remedy available to the petitioner, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that, petitioner may avail the remedy. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teacher Appellate Authority. It goes without saying that if such application is filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today the same

If such application is filed, the court expects that the authority concerned may take final decision in the matter preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application.
