The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities for empanelment/selection of the aforesaid petitioners as home guard in relation to Advertisement No. 02/2011 confined to vacancies available in the District of Khagaria against 20 vacant posts which are still existing.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' joining may be accepted as there is sufficient vacant post for which petitioner has applied.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that from the record, it transpires that the petitioners have not filed any representation for redressal of his grievance before the authority concerned, as yet.
5. As such, the writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioners to file representation before the authority concerned within 30 days from the date of production/receipt of
Patna High Court CWJC No.11592 of 2024(2) dt.05-08-2024 3/3 a copy of this order and the appellate authority is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioners within 90 days thereafter.
