The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections-363, 366(A), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide Annexure-1 to this application taking into account that the victim who was examined u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. had named the petitioner alleging that the petitioner had kept the victim in illegal confinement.

I find no fresh ground to reconsider this second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Andhrathari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 is rejected. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
