This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Laxmipur Police Station Case No. 322 of 2021 (Sessions Trial No.167 of 2022) registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced an order dated 04.02.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.48533 of 2022, by which co-accused Bablu Yadav has been granted bail by this Court.

For the reasons recorded in the order dated 04.02.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.48533 of 2022 and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, II, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur Police Station Case No. 322 of 2021 (Sessions Trial No.167 of 2022).

The petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the Court below. If he tries to delay the trial, the Court below is at liberty to pass appropriate order including the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall mark his presence in Laxmipur Police Station, District- Jamui on 1st Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
