2. Pursuant to the previous orders, the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj has submitted a report in terms of the direction of the Court in a sealed cover. At the request of the Court, learned counsel for the State has opened the seal and has assisted the
Patna High Court MJC No.1645 of 2017 dt.08-11-2019 2/2 Court on the basis of such report. In nutshell, the report states that against Shatrudhan Sah and Nagendra Prasad Gupta, there is circumstantial evidence implicating them in connection with Baikunthpur PS Case No. 58 of 2014.
3. Let the report be retained on the records of the case.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for the State submitted that in view of the finding of the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj, further action, in accordance with law, shall be taken.
5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order dated 21.07.2016 passed in Cr. WJC No. 294 of 2016, has been complied with.
6. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with the observation that the district police, Gopalganj shall take appropriate necessary action in light of the report submitted to the Court in the present case by the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj and take matters to their logical conclusion, without any undue delay.
