2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bond by modification of order dated 09.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29089 of 2014, in terms of which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond within the time stipulated in the order dated 09.12.2014 as the petitioner was suffering from serious illness.

4. In the facts and circumstances, the time for surrender granted in terms of order dated 09.12.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 29089 of 2014 is extended by four weeks from today.
