Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 298 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 379, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of tangi but as per the details of the injury described in the order impugned the said allegation is not corroborating to the alleged weapon and in between both the parties a land dispute is also running.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60992 of 2021(2) dt.07-06-2022 2/2 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Heard both the sides and perused the FIR. As per the allegation the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of "tangi'' causing head injury to her and the learned Court below in the order impugned observed the said injury found at the head of informant as serious in nature and the case is under investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner does deserve anticipatory bail at this stage, the prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
