The petitioners are in custody since 02.06.2023 in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 442/23 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioners were caught on the spot stealing motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the theft of motorcycle. Petitioners have no

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 442/2023.
