2. Following relief(s) have been prayed for in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ application. "1. That mandamus writ is being filed for issuance of direction to the Respondent No. 03 (Circle Officer, Sursand, Sitamarhi) to consider the application dated 08.01.2021 pending before him since long time without action to the petitioner's application.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.11697 of 2024 dt.06-08-2024 2/3 petitioner is holding land against Khata No. 434 and Khesra No. 1748, 1749, 1750, 1751, 1752, 1588, 1600, 1746, 1747, 724, total 1.54 decimal. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has sent a representation to Circle Officer, Sursand (Sitamarhi) dated 08.01.2021 but any action has been taken on the said representation. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner again sent representation to the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, dated 25.03.2021 but the same is also pending till date. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that the Circle Officer, Sursand (Sitamarhi) may be directed to consider the representation filed by this petitioner which is pending since 08.01.2021 and dispose of the same within a time frame.

4. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection to the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner for the disposal of the representation filed by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Circle Officer, Sursand (Sitamarhi) is directed to consider and dispose of the representation as filed by the petitioner (dated 08.01.2021) after perusing the documents filed on behalf of the petitioner and pass reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
