JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18.07.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this court taking note of nature of allegation levelled against him. However, trial court report goes to show that the prosecution has already closed its case and trial of the petitioner is pending for recording statement under section 313 of the Cr.P.C. Therefore, the aforesaid fact indicates that trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion.
Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 643 of 2014 arising out of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38569 of 2018 (3) dt.18-07-2018 Dharhara P.S. Case no. 10/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Munger stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible.
