Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 353, 354, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.7123 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/3 The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that these petitioners entered into the school and abused the principal, teachers and cook of the school. They also misbehaved with the girl students of the school. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that uncle of the petitioner namely Deokant Ray works in the school in question as Tola Sevak and petitioners have family dispute with him and this is the reason, the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner No. 1 is accused in one other case which has been lodged by his uncle Deokant Ray in which he is on bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
