This is application for anticipatory bail arises out of Telhara P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 323, 307, 337, 504 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is general and omnibus allegation against 23 persons named in the FIR of having caused obstruction in discharge of official duty of the police party, following the death of a person in a road accident. They are said to have obstructed the free flow of traffic too.
However, considering the general an omnibus nature of allegation, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six

No.47216 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, J.M. 1st Class, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
