It is submitted at the Bar that the writ petition was filed prior to an order passed in a departmental proceeding against the petitioner by which 10% of pension has been forfeited. It is submitted that all dues pursuant to the said order have been paid in terms of the order passed in the departmental proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has challenged the punishment order in C.W.J.C. No. 11676 of 2013.
